patrick, kindly explain what you meant by lower level assessment from CIOB, I am a planner with PMI, PMI-SP and PMI-RMP, but I have not CIOB assessment

The qualification for a planner from PMI is the PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) and lower level assessment from CIOB. See: http://www.mosaicprojects.com.au/Training-Planning_One-on-One.html. There is a similar cerification from AACEi, the PSP
PMP is a project managment certification RMP is a risk managment certification.
