Discuss the Activities and sequence of the activities from the Site engineers and site foremen assigned for the same project you are working on.This will give you a clear picture how and what activities tobe taken to your schedule and plan accordingly.

A. Material Submittals.
I.1 HVAC Machines
I.2 Duct material
I.3 Duct Accessories
I.4 Duct Supporting System
I.5 HVAC testing Agency
I.6 HVAC machines vibration isolation pads.
I.7 Fans
II. UPVC piping
III. CPVC piping
IV. Seamless piping
V. Fire Fighting system accessories
VI. Sanitary Fixtures
VII. BMS
B. Shop Drawings
I. HVAC system per floor
2. Drainage system per floor
3. Fire Fighting system per floor
4. BMS system per floor
5. Water supply system per floor
C. Procurement
List each item and show the estimated arrival of material at site.
D. Construction.
1st fix per floor per system in Slabs
1st fix per floor per system in Shafts
E. Commissioning.
Per system
For the Electrical works you will have to come up with a similar list per system per floor:
a. Lighting
b. Power
c. Low Current systems
c.1 Telephone & Data
c.2 Security
c.3 Fire Alarm
c.4 SMATV
