obviously, you will read:

"the relationship lines have the color of the predecessor bar"!

If instead of using WBS you can live with the use of Flags then follow the links and download the PDF and MS Project file, you should be able to figure it out. Maybe even better this will give you a clue.

the relationship lines have the color or the predecessor bar; if you want a line to be yellow, just use the yellow color for this specific predecessor

MSP lets you show either ONE critical path only or MULTIPLE critical paths in the same project: Tools, Options, Calculation; it is also possible to change the float minimum value below which a task in critical (same place).

Or you could write a formula (Tools, Customize, Fields) to calculate a critical path of your own
