If youll create the EPS codes before importing - exactly same spelling, case-sensitive! - the values automatically will be included.
For the resource codes Ill have to check at work. Did you check, if they are included in the xer-file? Maybe a problem of access rights during export.

Resource codes are included within a xer-file ("RCATTYPE"). Codes marked as "secure codes" are not exported.
