Tahir/Marcio, probably, we can make one knowledge base of oil & gas programme (like fragnet in P3) covering: EPC and O&M, offshore and onshore, well and non-well, etc.



I haven’t seen a comprehensive book of planning & scheduling in Oil & gas project.

I am working as senior planner in CPECC(china petroleum engineering & construction corporatioon) and have almost 12 year of proven experience in this field. Here is two general sample for the construction of petrochemical WBS

based on the herirachy of the project

Based on Area/discipline

Level I Project

Level II Project Phase such as Management phase/mobilization/engineeering/procurement/construction/commissionong and finally and project hand over.

Level III Unit / Aarea such as condensate/naptha/utility and etc

Lavel IV sub area such as compressor unit/pump house and etc

and then developing of detail activities for each discipline.
