Logikal Projects is a project controls consultancy. The Logikal graduate scheme provided me with knowledge of the fundamental principles of planning, risk management and earned value analysis. Most of my time at Logikal was spent at National Grid. As a consultant, I produced budgeted pre-tender baseline schedules for portfolio management. Secondly I produced schedules for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects requiring Development Consent Orders from the Secretary of State to facilitate project management practices.

Senior Planner with Costain Integrated services working on a number of different Commissions.

Working with Costain to resource load their Hinkley Point Main works programme.  Liaising with the Planning Manager to  identify resources, develop codes and resource load the programme

With BPA I am working as a Project Controls Manager, to enhance programme management, resource loading of programmes and cost control.  I am developing their understanding of good programme management and the benefits that this can give an organisation.
