Project to build a large sewer across London, beneath the River Thames. Senior Planner for the Thames Water funded works (budget ≈£100m), successfully lead the restructuring of the planning department, and produced the strategic integrated schedule to aid interface management and manage risks through QSRA. Developed the project WBS, schedule reporting hierarchy and sitephasing plans, and was responsible for the forensic analysis of complex compensation events.
