Set up a chemical planning team to deal with the massive backlog of notifications requiring planning. Developed and implemented a tracker/evaluation system for the monitoring progress. Set up variants to identify critical SAP notification to give clarity of the precise number in the system. Worked hard with the business teams to review the back log, tag priorities and reduce the numbers. This was highlighted at the end of year review as a site success.
