- In charge of the preparation of a baseline network analysis programme complete with resource loading.
- Recording and reporting the actual progress of the work versus the planned work in P6 and RMS 3.0 system.
- Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays, and regularly update claims and variation logs.
- Prepare the 3 weeks look-ahead schedule for weekly coordination meeting
- Prepare the monthly progress report and the monthly interim progress payment.
- Prepare the Time Impact Analysis and other necessary substantiation
