Project: Crossrail - (C405) Paddington Project - VVB/Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil JV (MEP).

Responsibilities:

Schedule of Baseline programs in planning software ;( PRIMAVERA, P6).

Preparation of Delay analysis and claims (interim/final) for EOT’s through Primavera.

Preparation of variation reports and its impact on baseline program.

Preparation of the actual construction program as per requirements.

Preparing three month rolling programs/Monthly target plans and monitoring the same on primavera(P6)
