Introduction
A Project Controls Manager with more than 20 years of rich experience in various fields (2 Year in Mining Industry, 11 Years in Power Sector & 7 Years in Oil & Gas Industry) is currently associated with CAE -Abu Dhabi since Apr-2007.
§ Establishing and implementing a full management system in the company, including an information flow system, a recording system, time and cost monitoring system using Primavera and Excel as base.
§ Planning the project execution using the CPM, and monitoring the progress through time and cost control using Primavera and Excel.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports associated with an analysis to the status of the project and recommendations for any deficiency.
§ Establishing, maintaining and monitoring the fully detailed schedule of the project, including resource loading for activities, using “Primavera P3”.
§ Producing "what-if" scenarios of the schedule and proposing amendments and alternatives to construction methods, as and when required, to maintain project targets.
§ Head up and lead the team of skilled planners working on the projects valued at 2.5+ Billion AED including:
o Project comprising of 2 Hotel Towers, 7 Residential Towers, Parking Building, Club House and Swimming Pools at Palm Jumeirah Dubai.
o Project comprising of 2 high rise towers, podium and 2 parking buildings
