1. Carry out SWOT analysis of the Company’s current planning resources & systems and recommend changes where required.2. Development of Management Information Systems (MIS) and AFT reports to enhance and optimize project controls.4. Develop planning standards and procedures5. Execute forensic delay analysis6. Responsible to forecast overall Manpower requirement for the Business Unit.7.

1. Continuous Improvement of Project Controls systems.2. Procedures in place with 100% compliance.3. Project Schedules and Progress Measurement systems developed and monitored.4. Project budgets agreed and Cost Reports developed and monitored.5. Progress invoices to clients on time.6. Project manpower timekeeping systems in place.7. Procured items on schedule and within specification with savings8. Employee retention, promotion and succession planning.
