• Plans, schedules and arranges the technical & management aspect of projects.
• Project cost estimation including manpower, material & equipment.
• Involves in planning/progress meeting with the clients and liaise with them for smooth execution of projects.
• Develops schedules/estimates for projects and tendering.
• Frames work break down structure (WBS) for projects based on the scope.
• Monitors baseline schedule and records project progress.
• Prepares project progress report for clients as well as the internal management.

Duties & Responsibilities on site:

Provide programming supporting to core team and various site programming teams on programming, project controls, etc

Planning Engineer, across various high-rise condominium projects, ranging from $20m - $60m.

Site Engineer & Temporary works coordinator on Condominium from inception to completion ($20m).

Temporary works design Engineer – Various clients.
