Tender Programmes

I carry out a planning role with involvement on all schemes within the midlands business unit area.

Preparation of Baseline Programmes, Manpower analysis, S curves, histograms, Progress tracking, Delay analysis.

Experienced in Updating the daily progress at site , Preparation of follow-up sheets for Civil and structural works, Finishes and MEP work status and target reports, Weekly and monthly progress reports and reviewing progress with PMC, prepration of Monthly look ahead schedule and , Updating  manpower and Equipment at site.

During this period I was responsible for the tender planning of M&E installations, mainly contracting to Haydon M&E.

Produce a structured, full detailed programme for all works associated with the tender of major projects such as Ballymore’s Pan Peninsular project in docklands.

Project Description

Working within MM's Oil & Gas Division, I worked on a number of O&G projects and tenders. Key projects included: New fuel depot qwith 27km supply pipeline for Kuwait City Airport, Innovative gas storage solution utilising depleted gas fields in Italy, and a 1,000km+ corss-country oil pipeline in Africa.
