Planning Services Manager.  Reported directly to Project Controls Director.

Responsible for: developing and updating standards and guides governing divisional Planning functions; developing and delivering training for planners and schedulers; recruiting planners and schedulers; interfacing with engineering, procurement, estimating and construction departments' managment and divisional management; developing standard schedule logic for reference plants; evaluating software for planning use; providing input for software development; assigning planners and schedulers to proje

Answering directly to the Onshore Operations Manager, responsible for development of all operations schedules including planned maintenance and emergent work (breakdown and corrective) on the Greater Plutonio FPSO. Using Primavera and Maximo systems to drive work through from initial work request to execution. Also worked with production manager and his team to developed campaign schedules, grouping tasks according to system availability and redundancy.
