Responsible for delivering a complete planning capability, provide a wider project controls, programme/project management support to any area of the business ensuring deliverables are achieved safely, to time, cost and quality.

Duties

Help drive the development of and implementation of best planning principles, processes and procedures across the business so resoruce requirements can be accurately identified, controlled and forecasted to minimise time and cost overruns.

Role Purpose: Responsible for supporting the Programme Managers, Deputy Programme Managers, and  Project Managers with the administration of their projects and work packages. Development, analysis and maintenance of related reporting data.  Supporting the project through lifecycle reviews.  Facilitating project meetings and risk reviews.  Providing support with MS Project, Project Server and other PM tools.
