Programme Planner: During initiation phase, participate in scope definition and structuring sessions, WBS creation and further detailing, determining scope management strategy and designing and creating further tools and templates to be used within the programme for project control and scope management.
During Planning phase, defined schedule model and strategy, drew up guidelines for the creation of component plans and supplier plans.
