Responsible for all cost and financial related functions of a Joint Venture Semi Submersible Conversion Project at the HAM Marine Shipyard in Pascagoula, Mississippi, The Enserch Garden Banks Semi Submersible Upgrade and Conversion. Developed tools, established change control, and managed schedules.

Primary roles and duties included developing and updating pre-construction and construction schedules using Primavera P6.

Since I graduated in Civil Engineering in September 1975 I occupied different positions in Construction and Engineering companies, and in a Concrete Precast Plant

I had the roles of Resident Engineer, Inspector, Plant Manager, Civil Engineering Design Division Manager and Construction and Project Manager. I worked in the building construction industry, both at multisory buildings and urbanism and massive unifamiliar housing projects. Also I worked in industrial projects al the civil and industrial works arena

Project Engineer for Hawaiian Dredging and Construction for construction of new Hyatt Regency Resort Hotel on Kauai, Hawaii.  Ordered materials, tracked costs and schedule for self-performed drywall work on 600 guest rooms and suites.  Coordinated subcontractors for finish trades on guest rooms and suites. 

Senior Superintendent at Charles Pankow Builders, a general contractor based in Pasadena, CA that self-performs concrete and manages building construction projects in commercial, multistory residential, retail, hospitality, healthcare, institutional and civic building sectors.  Responsible for on-site construction operations including planning, scheduling, safety, cost control and quality.  Proficient in Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
