Main responsibilities covered under the role were preparation of cost and resource loaded master schedule, monitoring of actual work against approved schedule and issuing early warnings to relevant department on any deviation, preparation of earned values and comparison with the actual cost to measure the profitability of projects, Preparation of S-curves, monthly reports and preparation of EOT claims.

Senior Planning Engineer for the Expressway Program budgeted around QAR 104 Billion. Program consists of 30 projects covering around 80 contracts for design, construction and supervision. It has got approximately 900km of main carriageway and approximately 240 major intersections extending from at grade to fully directional stacked in four levels .I am reporting to Program Controls Manager who is responsible for the entire schedule, cost and risk related issues on the program.
