Develop WBS and Coding structures for Cost, Schedule, and Document control, an supervise staff in those areas.
PMO Office set up and management for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 2X660MW Super Critical Power Plant, 47KM Railway Network for Coal transsportation from Coal mine, Ash Pond Rroject and Township Infrastructure Developement. Establishment of Project Execution Plan and Project Control procedure in EPC set up till handover to operator. Monitoring and control for schedule, cost and risk.
