Part of Program Management team for Jacob Javits Convention Center team Expansion ($1.5B). Selection of PMIS (e-Builder) and develop configurations. Review for approval of Design Builder's Schedule and payment Breakdowns, and Cost/Resource loaded schedule for Cash/Manpower flows. Develop WBS and Coding structures for Cost, Schedule, and Document control, an supervise staff in those areas.

Establishment of Project Execution Plan and Project Control procedure in EPC set up till handover to operator. Monitoring and control for schedule, cost and risk.
