• A family owned business and following a family loss, l took leadership in the company. One of my full time responsibilities was the Project Management of full-scale implementation projects on large Civil/Electrical Installation Projects on Mines, and in Heavy Commercial Industries.

Worked on multitude of high class luxurious finish & priced projects, ranging from 4 storey apartment to a 3 star hotel construction (basement, shell and core only) in heart of city. Actively involved in interacting with Architects, Buyers and also worked on purchase, marketing and sales team. Coordinated registration / sale of property along with the General manager for one complete project. At site, job involved labor management, preparing and executing weely targets, coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery, maintaining muster, disbursing weekly wage payments.

As an owner & partner, my role was primarily the general manager, dealing with marketing, proposal, estimates and bidding, work planning, crew scheduling, etc.

Reported to the Group Board, generated interest from wealth funds, private equity and HNWIs for a real estate development company that focuses on a new breed of global community resorts, including market analysis.
