Total Management Consultancy Projects Management & Feasibility is a Kuwait private company working in the field of the planning and controlling management of the construction projects.

Projects :

Carried out a project planning and coordination role for the Lynx Integrated Project Team. The team required a Through Life Management Plan.  This was achieved through user requirements, data-gathering and gap analysis.  A fully functional, integrated database was produced using Access and web-bsed software tools.
