* Overall responsibility to develop and lead Fluegas Cleaning Business Project Delivery Operations being able to serve market locally and globally, operations including Project Management, Supply Chain/Procurement, Documentation, Engineering, Design, Scheduling, Site Operations.
• Management appointee for HSE. Overall HSE responsibility including Boiler Service and Fluegas Cleaning business lines at Germany.
• Management appointee for QA&QC.
Developing and Leading Foster Wheeler Energia Oy Group project controls function, in one of the largest Foster Wheeler Global Power Group business units.
Fully responsible of all Project Controls activities executed globally trought the Foster Wheeler Energia Oy (Finland), Foster Wheeler Energi Ab (Sweden), Foster Wheeler Energie GmbH (Germany), FW Graf-Wulff GmbH (Germany).
Reporting directly to President and Chief Executive Officer of Foster Wheeler Energia Oy Group located at Finland AND to functional project controls leader, VP Project Controls, Global Power Group, located at Clinton
- Preparing and updating the project baseline / master program.
- Preparing tender programs.
- Assist in standard work break down and implementation of same to schedule.
- Ensure resource planning is done adequately and monitor and maintain resource levels and forecasts.
- Preparing progress S-curve (Time wise/Man-hours) and manpower histograms.
- Preparation of commodity charts and tracking with actual for close monitoring.
- Establishment of Progress Measurement System.
- Preparing weekly look ahead program as per the master program.

following tasks:

- Preparing Earned value & KPI reports.
- Preparing recovery programs.
- Preparing productivity reports.
- Preparing progress S-curve (Time wise/Man-hours) and manpower histograms.
- Preparing of commodity charts and tracking with actual for close monitoring.
Principal Project Controller at AECOM and working across multiple infrastructure projects.

Responsibility includes problem solving, reviewing, advising and assisting Suncor's major and sustaining projects portfolios, providing assurance that the project services, project control functions is in accordance with the in-house and best practices requirements of the following elements: project planning & scheduling, cost estimating, interface management, project risk and documentation.
