Planning manager to the East Village retrofit accommodation programme to return the Olympic Athletes accommodation back to the public domain.  The site comprises of 2800 accommodation units which are a mixture of market properties, shared ownership and social accommodation units.  Leading a team of 6 planners in the delivery of programme, project control and planning services.  Reporting internally direct to the Head of Programme Delivery and indirectly to the Olympic Delivery Authority. 

• Project Manager for the Technology & Engineering Development Facility, a $73.2 million project which will provide over 100,000 square feet of new office, technical and laboratory space and renovate  approximately 90,000 square feet of existing technical, office and laboratory space.
• Manage the planning and design including interfacing with over 30 different user groups to understand and incorporate needs.
• Manage the overall construction of the project.
