Senior Planner responsible for production of tender and contract programmes and methodologies and progress reporting on in house turnkey projects. Also interrogating Main Contractor programmes for approval by Principle Agents. Working with Main Contractors to draw up contract programmes.

Value engineering with design teams.

Design programmes and monitoring.

Project concept planning and value engineering, managing client expectations.

Responsible for doing all tender programmes which would include the following: Detailed bar chart programmes, resource histograms, crane hook time studies, formwork requirements, scaffold requirements, staffing requirements, plant requirements.
