Monitor overall construction activities and schedules, and report any problem, deviation, non-conformance, or delay in construction progress and actions to be taken.

Review the EPC contractor’s manpower and equipment mobilization and assignments relative to the construction schedule and quality requirement.

Review the project’s actual progress using Field Progress Measurement System techniques, and notify project manager in a timely manner of any delay that can lead to the delay of project completion.

·         Prepare Project Programme of Work in accordance with a defined WBS

·         Analyze the Critical path of the project and prepare a Programme Risks and Opportunities register. 

·         Resources load the program and produce resources histograms and S-curves. 

-        Develop and maintain master baseline schedule

-        Set up  Project Control procedures

-        Set up Progress measurement system

-        Schedule update in weekly and monthly basis

Engineer- Consultant in planning, supervision & Project Management of Industrial projects (Industrial Halls and Hangars).

Project planning on pharmaceutical and oil and gas projects. Also experience in cost conrol and claim management.
