Tasked with Pilot Study of Biomass Carrying Capacity of Small Mammals in the study area under supervision of Univ of Pretoria.

Responsible for planning, procurement and delivery of all reserach work in a remote location on a game reserve (closed to public).

Responsible for developing and maintaining all programmes for Design, Procurement and Construction of the ElecLink Project. Provide analyses on Resources, and Schedule forecast. Creating What-if scenarios, look -aheads and breakout programmes. Ensure Planning standards are met by the Planning team.

Role: Project Management Officer

Deputy Director, Program Management, LA Valley College. Oversight of cost, schedule, project controls, cost segregation, audit. Second in command, reporting to Program Executive Director. 

Senior Planner, PM Group, dublin Waste to energy incinerator.

Interface Manager between civils contractors and process contractor. Delay event log and impact assessment from same both in impacted as planned and windows analysis. Preformance measure and EOT formulation.

• Obtained Approval on Master Programme (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) with Planning Narrative Statement in the first submission.
• Obtained Notice of No Objection(NONO) from General Consultants EMBYE on critical construction drawings to create work front for casting of wider segments, Elevated Station and Cut and Cover Tunnel structural Works
• Establishment of Interface Management Plan and Traffic Management Plan
• Procurement of Subcontracts for Launching Girders, Normal Segments, Wider Segment Moulds, Tunnel Ventilation System Design
• Successfully Coordinated with Struct
