Managed the Contractor's P3 and Expedition systems as well as interface to Prolog-Web. Supervised all members and functions of the project management and field team as well as Esimating group and bid preparation. Provided Executive oversight for all projects, developed and ran monthly financial projections and reports, and ran all project financials through Expedition. Iimplemented Timberline Accounting for the company. Developed and presented project schedules and served as Master Scheduler on IMS for Hospital project.
Based in the head office on Tottenham Court Road, London, reporting to the Project Controls Manager (planning and costing). Monitoring and reporting on the production and issue of all project deliverables to site, against the project programme. Primarily using Primavera P3 project management software and Microsoft Excel as reporting tools.
Transferred to section 2 of the project in March 2000 within the central group, tasked with the reporting of progress on the early enabling works and the production of detailed programmes for the engineering disciplines. In December 2000 re-assigned to the St Pancras team in preparation for the commencement of major construction works in July 2001. Continued with the engineering programming with a growing involvement with the construction team as contracts were let. In July 2001 transferred to site offices to monitor, report and do analysis on Contracts 102, 125 and 135.
Seconded from Rail Link Engineering into the building fit-out team. Placed with the team responsible for the delivery of the Interim Station.
