I'm a professional Quantity Surveyor with 20 years of experience in civil construction field. I also worked as a planning engineer for 3 years. I learned P6V7 and now practicing on that.

Pre-Contract Phase:

• Active participation in preparation and submission of Bid Proposal
• Co-ordination between concern departments for preparation of the techno-commercial bid proposal.
• Active participation in project estimation for new projects specially in Tunnels and Cavern.

Estimation Engineer ( Pre Contract ): Sep 2009 till date • Receive assignments and bid documents from the Business Development Manager or Head of Projects. • Study the project scope of works, clients' requirement, BOQ, project milestones, and specification from  the supplied bid documents.  • Prepare the Indirect Cost of the project E.g.

1. Tracking & Monitoring of L2 & L3 EPC Schedule on the basis of Daily, Weekly Monthly & Quarterly progress reports.
2. Preparation of S-Curve for different Project.
3. Cost Control & Cost Analysis
4. Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work, and highlight action to meet the schedule, if delayed
5. Delay analysis for the different Project on the basis of SPI and Current Back Log.
6. Preparation of MIS Reports for the Top Management on Weekly & Monthly basis.
