Project Description:
Multi-billion dollar project to build two new iron ore mines in Guinea, plus associated rail and port infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Senior Planner within a 5-strong team acting on behalf of the client during the tender phase. My main focus of work was on the rail element of works (approx 670km single track, including approx 30km of tunnels)
Responsibilities include:
Prepare ITT documentation
Assess Tender returns
Senior Civil Planner
Responsible for the preparation and submission of all Tender and Pre-Contract programmes leaving BAM Civil Head Office. Bryan has a wide experience of Heavy Civil Projects and the various planning software used; including the Primavera Suite of Programmes from Suretrack through to version P6.2 in addition to Microsoft Project and the Time Chainage Software TILOS 7. In addition to his Planning Role, Bryan is also involved in the co-ordination of Tender Submissions for BAM Civil.
