Quantity Survey & Take-offs

I was responsible for the developement and coordination of a 36" failing crude oil pipeline under the public highway, in waltham, south humberside, additional project included a tank refurbishment project (civil works only) with amec (mechanical) my responsibilities included:

• quantity take-offs
• producing schedules for civil, mechanical, scaffolding, insulation and painting
• purchasing management
• productivity factors
• Risk management
• Tender Build ups
