Quality Management

My main experience is in Inspection, Virtual Design & Construction, Project Management and Project Controls in Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical, Mixed-Used, and Tunneling; delivering projects from planning to project occupancy and operation. Experience in USA, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. I performed cost and schedule risk analyses on more than 100 infrastructure and pharmaceutical projects, including tunnels, airports, bridges, roads, and ports totaling more than $35B.

• Control of processes related to the production and submission of Design Deliverables to client in accordance with the Design Development Plan and the Design and Construction Program within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure documentation is compliant with Document Control standards for the ICT workstream.
• Lead the Quality Management for the ICT workstream and follow up on compliance with Quality Management Standards for the ICT subcontractors, through performance of quality audits.

Jonined the company in Aug 2009 as graduate engineer. Worked in 3 projects, mainly a hospital project in muscat as quality incharge.

Employed by Prime Contractor to develop & maintain Project Schedules, created the Quality Management System & acted as Construction Coordinator

To provide quality assurance consultancy and training to the construction, industrial and service sectors to the meet the requirements of ISO9000. To assist in the marketing and business development activities. 1992 accepted as a Listed Consultant for the Department of Trade & Industry to carry out consultancy assignments under the Enterprise Initiative and Grant Award Scheme

Working as Corporate Manager- QA/QC responsible for the monitoring the implementation of Quality management systems at HO and all Project Sites
