Develop fully integrated turnaround cost estimates, manpower loading and execution schedules that meet Key Performance Indicators, achieve safety and environmental integrity, and achieve business objectives. 

Lead Planner at a very large Insurance company. we have manage around 800 projects each year and use Primavera as our scheduling too. I manage a team of planners that work with the Data Strategies for this company. we currently have over 70 projects within my span of control. I review schedules prior to baselining for quality, I meet monthly with the Planner, Project manager and Lead business Analysis to go over the health of the project. We disucss budget, timing and scope.
