Description of Role: Project Manager for Installation of Iron Ore Screening Plant in Chhattisgarh, India on EPC basis

Description of Duties:

1) Compiling the Technical and Commercial Contract Document with Client

2) Preparing Billing Schedule (as per the scope of work)

3) Creation of WBS with allocated budget in SAP

4) Setting up site office and accommodation in coordination with HR and by local liasoning at project site.

Worked on multitude of high class luxurious finish & priced projects, ranging from 4 storey apartment to a 3 star hotel construction (basement, shell and core only) in heart of city. Actively involved in interacting with Architects, Buyers and also worked on purchase, marketing and sales team. Coordinated registration / sale of property along with the General manager for one complete project. At site, job involved labor management, preparing and executing weely targets, coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery, maintaining muster, disbursing weekly wage payments.

Purchasing Agent, Quanity Surveyor, Draftsman, Planner/Scheduler, Estimator for a full service self performance General Contractor.

I was associated with well known construction companies like Trafalgar House construction India Ltd., Hindustan construction Ltd., Patel Engineering Ltd., in India over a period of 25 Years and now managing my own construction business in the name and style of M/S. ANUKESH ENTERPRISE LLP.

Areas of Responsibility: Logistics Engineering.

Role Responsibilities:

• Duties include the co-ordination / management of manufacturing activities from contract award to loadout.  This includes engineering review and analysis of non-conformance reports, facilitation of technical review meetings and control of project costs including variation orders.  Co-ordinating fitting of hardware and final testing inline Duco’s Quality systems, ISO9001 and API requirements.
