Projects Planning and Controls

Leading role of Head Project controls including supervise all the projects of vertical. Maintain Project schedule, review, analysis, EVM, suggest critial areas to project for timely corrective action.

 cost control is part of job Profile. manage team of 12 planners.

• Supervise planning and controlling section for Missan Field Development plan.
• Compile, review and analyze projects and operation plans from related projects, departments to develop and update overall operating plan.
• Develop guidelines and procedure for the role of planning and control within organization.
• Collecting project and operation progress，tracking the implementation and its difference, issuing overall operating progress report.
• Assist to achieve projects and departments milestones and assignments.
• Provide and update for the overall field
