Responsible for the planning and cost submission into Northrop Grumman relating to the Astor project. This involved contract negotiations in Baltimore, USA and subsequent Subcontract and Design Authority responsibilities within the UK. General Dynamics Contract order value was $150million of the total project value of $720million.

CTR – Cost, Time & Resources); monitored and rectified the implementation (recovery plan, daily / weekly / monthly report, MOM, supervising document controllers); compiled technical documents, such as Scope of Work and Basis of Design; and handled commercial matters of the project (cost report, change order, level-4 cost estimate, and invoicing)
