1.      Overall responsibility of Planning – Viaduct in co-ordination with the Stations team

2.      Schedule preparation, monitoring progress and updating schedule (Initial schedule with MSP and subsequently working on P6 package).

3.      CPM Programme for Viaduct Project.

4.      Updating the Baseline Programme & Recovery Programmes.

Project Lead Planner responsible for developing, implimenting and maintaining project schedules and progress reporting and control systems.

Ø  Site Start Up and Creation of Necessary Documents.

Ø  Making of L1, L2 and L3 Schedule.

Ø  Planning of the Project with respect to Mile stone and Priority

Ø  Derivation of Package wise Weightage and Progress Curve Projections

Ø  Coordination with Design Consultant, contractor and Client

Ø  Site Start Up and Creation of Necessary Documents.

Ø  Making of L1, L2 and L3 Schedule.

Ø  Planning of the Project with respect to Mile stone and Priority

Ø  Derivation of Package wise Weightage and Progress Curve Projections

Ø  Coordination with Design Consultant, contractor and Client

Construction management: Project Planning, Bid Analysis, Scheduling, time-cost control and reporting.
