Project Controller (planning and scheduling, progress evaluation, re-scheduling, resource analysis, performance analysis, reporting, risk analysis)

Led the on-site project controls function; including developing the multi-disciplinary construction schedule, updating progress, monitoring against baseline, tracking changes, developing recovery plans, drafting change requests, preparing reports using Earned Value techniques and producing KPI reports and S-curves. Also, managing labour, equipment and materials resources to ensure efficient flow of work was maintained.
