During this period I was engaged in Construction, Planning, Monitoring and Controlling for heavy Engineering Constructions like Commercial & Residential Buildings and Oil Pipeline Project (800Km).

• Preparation of planning dossier comprises of Progress measurement system, reporting system, Schedules.
• Establish project control procedure comprising work breakdown structure, planning and scheduling methodology, progress measurement methodology etc.
• Preparation of technical bid against tenders and presentation for bid clarifications.
• Develop project plans and schedules (EPCM Schedule, Engineering Schedules etc.) for all levels, using standard business software such as Primavera
