Description of Role:Estate Works Officer Duties:

• Carrying out building repair and maintenance inspection and Preparing Estimates for works,
• Taking part in tender evaluation of intended works,
• Carrying out Supervision of on-going works
• Preparing of maintenance works progress reports
• Negotiating with Suppliers and Artisans on prices and minor works to be carried out
• Receiving and processing of works Invoices from suppliers and artisans for payment.

• Flexible Program Management (FPM) (USD $463MM) was the program that provided a full services of managing CHEVRON projects including as the Resident Contractor who conducts operation and maintenance works.The program includes engineering, procurement services, construction management, management of CHEVRON’s heavy equipment fleet, management of construction services and sustainable development of local subcontractors, supplier and skilled labor all related to CHEVRON’s portfolio of construction and maintenance work as well as other related jobs as required by CHEVRON.

Primary role is to oversee and execute all planning and scheduling aspects of District Cooling Scheme projects in Saudi Arabia with contract values ranging from SR300M to SR500M. In accordance with the Project Procedures and as approved by the Project Controls Manager, my responsibilities and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties are as follows:

• Initiation Phase: Review contracts of assigned projects and defining the project scope in Package Dictionary. Create Level-1 schedule for presentation to client with back-up of time calculation.
