- Leading the Project Management Office – comprising Project Planning, Material Planning, Resource Planning & Execution Planning – for Bangalore regional office (Covering Karnataka, Kerala & Goa, contributes to 60% of the overall company turn over). Team Size – 10 People + 1 (Reporting from region).
- Total monitoring control of the project from initial stage to the final handing over.
- Total coordination between Client , Consultant & inter office depts.
