* Preparation of BMCP (Baseline Master Construction Programme) on Primavera project planner & Microsoft Project.
* Scheduling, Tracking & Updating BMCP (Baseline Construction Programme) on required basis.
* Revisioning and Re-scheduling of Master plan as per the management requirements.
* Preparing critical procurement schedules PMV Schedule & Formwork schedule in conjunction with /Baseline master construction programme/Master Construction Programme.
* Focusing critical areas and highlighting the management to avoid further delays in periodic progress review meetings

I'm a Quantity Surveying consultant practicing in Nigeria with particular interest in Project Investment and Development Planning. Primary experience is in the planning and development of multifarious residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

During this period Erinaceous was one of three partnered (PPC2000) building consultants for the Westminster City Council.
