Project Inspection

I operated as the Resident Inspector in charge of the infrastructure improvements and urban renewal of the  Mayaguez Urban Center; construction and conversion of Antigua Plaza del Mercado to mixed-use; and improvements and rehabilitation to Colon Plaza, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.

My main experience is in Inspection, Virtual Design & Construction, Project Management and Project Controls in Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical, Mixed-Used, and Tunneling; delivering projects from planning to project occupancy and operation. Experience in USA, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. I performed cost and schedule risk analyses on more than 100 infrastructure and pharmaceutical projects, including tunnels, airports, bridges, roads, and ports totaling more than $35B.

IESA - Internacional de Engenharia is a large project engineering corporation. The Montreal Corp. bought it from Morrison-Knudsen to perform major national and international private, semi-public and governmental projects. Many years later it was sold to other group and underwent a major restructuring.
