• Preparation of Execution level-3 & level-4 plans on Primavera Project Planner, Indirect and direct manpower deployments.
• Monitor progress of piping to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and the targets would be met and raise flags if the targets are likely to slip.

Implementation of system, processes and procedures for the management, track-and-trace of mobile assets for TrenStar SA (Pty) Ltd.

Project Management, design and commissioning of total infrastructure for European Datacomm (EDC) comprising internal and external PC, PSTN, GSM, and Radio network nationally and internationally. Infrastructure for Orbcomm GMPCS Ground segment. Infrastructure for Viasat GSM/GMPCS tracking system and international control centre.

Responsibilities handled:

• Involved in the execution of the various construction elements of bridges (piles, pile caps, piers, pier caps etc...)
• Involved in the execution of approach road works to the bridges.
• Coordination with Clients, Consultants & Sub-Contractors.
• Preparation of Daily Activity Reports.
• Preparation of actual progress of activities to given work schedule.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation statements of cement and steel.
