Responsible for the design management, planning, procurement, delivery and on-site construction management and site supervision of commercial high rise demolition, construction, and refurbishment projects throughout New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Western Australia and most recently in Queensland.
Prince Charles Hospital Upgrade
As Project Manager, I managed of a team of twenty direct staff and nineteen subcontractors, ensuring the successful design, planning, procurement and delivery of Stage 2A ($18 million) and Stage 2BC ($25 million) of the redevelopment and expansion of the hospital for Project Services and Queensland Health.
My professional formative years were established in Quantity Surveying culminating in operational roles of Project, Contracts and Operations Manager with Kier and Bluestone.
