Responsible to provide Contracts Engineering services – Pre-award as well as post-award .  in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and produces documentation to allow the effective development and implementation of contracts to support various sponsoring departments of the organisation

Working with M/s ILF Consulting Engineers as Contracts Manager.  ILF Consulting Engineers is a leading consultant working in Oil & Gas sector..

Responsible to provide Contracts Management services – Pre-award as well as post-award .  in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures relating the effective Contracts management activities – Valuations, invoices, changes and variations, contractual correspondence, proposals. 

Planning manager to the East Village retrofit accommodation programme to return the Olympic Athletes accommodation back to the public domain.  The site comprises of 2800 accommodation units which are a mixture of market properties, shared ownership and social accommodation units.  Leading a team of 6 planners in the delivery of programme, project control and planning services.  Reporting internally direct to the Head of Programme Delivery and indirectly to the Olympic Delivery Authority. 

• Raytheon, Chemical Weapons Disposal Incinerator, Umatilla, OR ($1.3 billion) Scheduler for the general contractor constructing a new lethal chemical agent incinerator plant. Prepared cost and resource-loaded time impact analysis schedules for project change orders. Chaired the weekly superintendent schedule review meeting and produced the weekly craft-level “look ahead” work schedule. Updated the monthly cost-loaded billing schedule needed for pay applications.
• ACCI, Bellevue, WA As Senior Scheduler prepared schedule delay analysis and exhibits for expert witnesses.

• Sound Transit Central Link Light Rail, Beacon Hill Tunnel, Seattle, WA ($310 million) Served as Scheduler on the construction of a twin bore 21’ diameter, one-mile long light rail tunnel, associated trackwork and two transit stations. Reviewed and approved contractor CPM Schedule baseline and update submittals for completeness, accuracy and contract compliance. Prepared critical construction progress trend and status reports, responded to contractor delay claims, prepared Time Impact Analysis and as-built schedules. Prepared cost estimates for change orders.

LEAD PLANNING ENGINEER - SUPERVISORY (EPCM)

Assigned as the Lead Planning Engineer (EPCM) for the $4.1B greenfield site including a potash mine; construction camp; production facility; infrastructure with rail and support facilities.
