I am an Associate Director, specialising in Delay Analysis and the Forensic Analysis of Project Controls, including Programmes.  To this end I have worked on various 'Mega' projects of values in excess of $3bn, all have a high profile within the Middle East, some more than others.

As a Delay Analyst/Forensic Planner it is encumbant upon me, and others within the role, to have a firm grounding in Planning and the nuances of the skill-base, including doing as much of the job 'off line' from the traditional plannering software tools (e.g. Primavera)

Project Planning, Weighting distribution, Progress recordi and reporting, Risk analysis, Cash flow generating, Project monitoring, resource histogram preparation, Claim for EOT, etc.

Project Controls Manager

-Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, materials & professional services for large scale USACE projetcs. 

Planner supporting project teams and batch managers in preparing, updating and monitoring their project plans to the requirements of NEC3. Included preparation of schedules, training of Batch Managers in P6 and preparation of templates to assist set up of new projects. Key client liaison on planning and schedules working with NEC PM's to ensure compliant programmes and accurate updates and EVA information.

2009 – 2011             Planning Manager

To deliver £700 million of Nationals Grid’s capital expenditure programme over a five year period, for the development, upgrade and re-enforcement of the electricity transmission network.  This is an unincorporated joint venture between Mott MacDonald Limited, Skanska Limited and Areva Limited.
