Worked at M/s L&T-ECC, engaged through M/s SME for EPC of Blast Furnace project, an expansion project in consortium with M/s Paul Wurth Italia and M/s TATA STEEL Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

®  Preparation of project schedule in MS Project, Primavera & MS Excel.

®  Interfacing with project staff regarding baseline changes, variance analysis and implementation of corrective action.

®  Preparing weekly and monthly review meeting presentation to report site progress, milestones & strategy to clients.

I am in charge of Scheduling and Project Control, Besides developing the time schedule Plan of the project in Cooperation with our Engineering Department.
