PROJECT CONTROL

Monitor overall construction activities and schedules, and report any problem, deviation, non-conformance, or delay in construction progress and actions to be taken.

Review the EPC contractor’s manpower and equipment mobilization and assignments relative to the construction schedule and quality requirement.

Review the project’s actual progress using Field Progress Measurement System techniques, and notify project manager in a timely manner of any delay that can lead to the delay of project completion.

·         Prepare Project Programme of Work in accordance with a defined WBS

·         Analyze the Critical path of the project and prepare a Programme Risks and Opportunities register. 

·         Resources load the program and produce resources histograms and S-curves. 

Monitors & evaluates planned & actual progress oforganization projects’ portfolio.• Checks & verifies reports of Cost and PlanningEngineers from different projects.• Checks the accuracy of projects’ plan, budget andactual values for performance measurement andmanagement reporting.• Checks & evaluates change order & claims (differentprojects)• Monitors Billing & Collection Status (differentprojects)

Job Description as Snr. Planning Engineer • Planning and scheduling using Primavera software (P3 or P6) including loading of resources and cost loading. Prepares and analyse critical path activities, preparation of work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure. Preparation of Tender Program and Baseline Program for various projects. • Preparation of Weekly or Biweekly Progress Report, Dashboard, Progress Tracking Report and Look Ahead Program. • Weekly or biweekly updates of Baseline Program. Prepares delay analysis and makes proposal to recover the delays.
