·     Co-ordination with Client, Head office, Purchase Dept.

·     Preparation of Monthly Client invoice and S/C bill.

·     Preparation of various reports (JCR, Performance report, value driver etc.) in monthly basis.

·     Commissioned Centralized Control Room’s air conditioning.

Development of Project Execution Plan (Activities, WBS, Resource allocation) using Primavera Project Planner ver.3. Development of various levels of Project execution and fine tuning plans for approvals from client. Project progress tracking and report generation. Development of S-curves and other resource curves. Development of recovery plans in-case of backlogs in progress
